Community & Business

By restoring historic homes, we aim to revitalize neighborhoods, foster a sense of community pride, and contribute to the cultural heritage of Pittsburgh. Our efforts not only provide beautiful homes for families but also help to stimulate local economies and create job opportunities.

Our commitment to excellence in restoration and upcycling enables us to build a strong reputation in the real estate market. We strive for sustainable growth, delivering high-quality properties that attract discerning buyers and generate long-term value for our stakeholders.

Home Restoration

Restoration First: We prioritize preserving the original architectural features and historical elements of each home. Our attention to detail throughout the design and restoration process ensures that these classic properties retain their unique character while meeting modern standards of living.

Renovation When Necessary: When restoration alone is insufficient, we carefully renovate the necessary areas of a home to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal. Our renovations respect the home's history and aim to seamlessly integrate new and old elements.

Meet The Partners

Danielle (Danni) Geiser

Danni’s journey into home remodeling and design began with the purchase of her first fixer-upper in the mid-90s. She discovered that even on a limited budget, significant improvements to a home’s appeal and livability could be achieved through learning and investing sweat equity. Her efforts received encouragement from several neighbors, who expressed gratitude for the positive impact on both the home and the neighborhood. In every subsequent home, Danni has strived to make affordable renovations enhancing the safety, beauty, and marketability of the home and continues receiving positive feedback from neighbors.

In the early 2000s, Danni successfully ran a design business called Budget Beautiful, which focused on affordable interior design and custom curtains. She eventually gave up the business to focus on her family, faith, and numerous volunteer opportunities. However, she never stopped learning and applying her home design skills to the advantage of the homes she has owned and those of friends and family.

With the support of her husband and business partner Matt, Danni is now an empty-nester and has decided to pursue her passion full-time with Restore Unlimited. Her love of design and heart for service inspire her to pursue projects that both restore neglected homes and neighborhoods and promote home ownership for families currently shut out of that dream.

Matt and Danni have lived in various places, including New York, the Carolinas, Southern California, and now Pittsburgh. Of all these places, Pittsburgh is their favorite place to call home! They love this city and are eager to do their part to make it better, one home at a time.
